Delivery Timeframes
Our standard delivery timeframes are:
– 2 – 3 business days for areas in Gauteng, South Africa.
– 2 – 5 business days for areas outside Gauteng in South Africa.
Tracking and Signature
All our parcels are tracked and require a signature upon delivery. If you’re not available to sign for your parcel, our courier will leave a notice with instructions on how to collect your parcel.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders, occasionally parcels may be lost or damaged in transit. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
